Veterans Mentors act as an advocate and supporters to move veterans through the justice system successfully and put them back on the path to a productive and stable life.

Pairing a veteran mentor with a veteran in the justice system increases their chances of successfully graduating from the program because veteran mentors understand the training and experiences of other veterans.

The Mentor Corp Team is a cooperative effort made up of Veteran Mentors, State Advocate, Veteran's Administration, Counselors, and Parole Officers with the goal of successfully moving the Veteran to graduate from the program and to return to a successful and fulfilling life.
